This guided ONLINE mindfulness retreat will run over a weekend, giving participants the opportunity to explore the gift of alone time, in company, and will focus on creating the circumstances needed to be more present and and create a more spacious awareness, in the home environment.
Beginners and mindfulness practitioners welcome.
More details to follow but the retreat will start friday night with a welcome zoom and check in, and then will run for the Saturday and Sunday
