Retreats

Mindfulness Glasgow run regular one day silent (guided) retreats at The Old Barn, Dumbreck stables,88 Dumbreck Road, Pollock Park, Glasgow.

Cost: £40/£30 concessions

Come and take a day out to reconnect with your silence.

There will be a variety of guided mindfulness practices including the mindfulness of breathing body and sound, the body scan, and loving kindness practices. Sitting sessions will be alternated with walking meditation and mindful movement. Although you will spend the day in silence so you can deeply connect with your practice, at the end of the day we will explore our experiences together as a group. Suitable for practitioners with some meditation experience.
