ONLINE Mindfulness Practice Group

There is a drop in online practice group currently meeting weekly in response to Covid 19. This has been running throughout Lockdown to support those affected by Covid 19,

This group is continuing, after the summer break, and resumes on 10th August Monday evening 700-8.00.

Face to Face Training: There is usually a drop in mindfulness practice group, which meets on a Monday evening monthly 19.45-21.15, in the Upper Hall, Netherlee Church, Ormond Avenue, Netherlee. Please check the website each month for confirmation in case the dates have changed.

Drop In: You can drop in on a month by month basis with a suggested donation of £8 per  session.

There is no need to book in advance to join this group, but it is useful if you email me, with your contact details so that I can add you to my list, and let you know if any sessions are cancelled.
