Distance Learning

There is a distance learning version of the MBSR eight week course available on Skype/phone.

Each course consists of :

  • A one to one chat on the phone/Skype with the tutor
  • Eight one hour sessions
  • An optional  one day retreat/practice day
  • An optional follow up session after the course has finished
  • A Practice CD/dropbox audio tracks, access to an App and Course Booklet

Mindfulness Glasgow will always do it’s best to accommodate people on low incomes so please let us know if you would like to be placed on the waiting list for a partially funded place.
