Practice Group

There is a drop in mindfulness practice group, which meets on a Monday evening monthly 19.45-21.15, in the Upper Hall, Netherlee Church, Ormond Avenue, Netherlee. Please check the website each month for confirmation in case the dates have changed.

Drop In: You can drop in on a month by month basis with a suggested donation of £8 per  session/ £6 concession.

There is no need to book in advance to join this group, but it is useful if you email me, with your contact details so that I can add you to my list, and let you know if any sessions are cancelled etc.
