Drop in Mindfulness Meditation Practice Group

Come and join us for practice and tea in the Upper Hall (white room at the top of the stairs), Netherlee Church, Ormond Avenue, Glasgow. Please come early between 7.45-8.00 if you want tea and catch up. The practice session runs between  8.00-9.00 and there is generally a short group discussion afterwards.

No need to book, this session is run on a drop in basis to support your practice.

Everyone welcome, including beginners.
